*Most products are dropship items, so returns are subject to a standard restocking fee of 15%. *If you find a dropship item is defective, please contact me with the details and we will work to try and find a resolution.

*Returns must be authorized and accepted by me previous to return, otherwise only store credit will apply minus 15% restocking fee.

*Customer assumes responsibility for returning item in new condition with no smells, styling, added products or alterations to the wig.

*Wigs will be inspected upon return and must be in conditions listed above to be approved for return.

*Returns not accepted or previously authorized will only be returned with prior payment of return shipping cost with no refund given.

*Customers pay return shipping cost unless otherwise noted.

*Returns must be authorized by me within 15 days of purchase.

CLEARANCE items are final sale and non-refundable!

This includes LIVE SALE , LAST CHANCE, and OPEN BOX items unless otherwise noted.

Human Hair pieces (toppers and wigs), hair styling products such as shampoo, conditioner, Sea salt spray, wig sprays, combs and brushes.

Headbands, wig grips, clips, and all other hair accessories are also final sale items.
